Goodbye Gibraltar, goodbye Europe, goodbye Mediterranean Sea!
After a hearty breakfast, we are finally off to the Canaries. 580miles to go.
Wet weather with thunder. Rather normal we guess since Gibraltar is an English territory. Should get better tomorow when we leave for the Canaries. We celebrate with an english pint the successful installation of the A.I.S. Or automatic information system in Gibraltar.
We bike to Europe point and look towards the African Continent. We explore some of the many tunnels through the rock.
We spend a relaxed day following the tourist sights of Gibraltar. Laura beautiful as ever, is recovering from a violent bug which hit us both.
Fuelling up with tax free juice in Gibraltar before heading to the Canaries in 2 to 3 days after a forecast storm of up to 10 beaufort passes by.
